SHADES OF COVID 19 : AN INTROSPECTION
Economic framework of the world turned on its head. But Now here we are Humans -The most advanced species on earth confined to their homes as a result of a pandemic which shook the very foundation of all these remarkable achievements.
When we focus on What this pandemic have taught we can see that the lessons are applicable to the entire globe. Some believe this virus attack to be a setback from the nature as humans inorder to achieve advancement have muddled with the forces of nature causing this fury to unleash upon the entire human race. Since the infamous Spanish flu which had devastating effect& took the lives of over 50 million people , the medical treatment procedures& facility marked a very significant change . The modern medical sector are into groundbreaking discoveries in the form of ‘’Cloning’’ and so on.. but even with such advancement we are still trying to discover a Cure for this pandemic.
The power structure of the world which have gone through many struggles and wars to achieve supremacy is now in the vain of heavy casualties as a result of this pandemic. Irony lies in the fact that the so called most advanced & powerful countries are heavily affected when compared to the third world countries. Its a tight slap on the face of their overconfidence, at first it was Italy whose health care facilities are of top quality, could’nt counter this pandemic . The death rates and intensity with which the disease spread caused great havoc in Italy. Now when we take the case of the World leader / World Police-America the Covid 19 marked its most devastating run on the US Soil taking lakhs of lives and disrupted the mighty US economy . The president Donald Trump seems to be carried away with the idea of losing their mighty position& have decided to open up their economy. Even the Us Citizens raised protest against the extention of lockdown, which makes us realise the fact that the ‘’ US Citizens does’nt want to survive they Want to Live”. Eventhough the hollywood movies project America as a World Saviour & indirectly asserts ‘ let come any global catastrophe we will be the ones to save you all” . One mintute Silence to that slogan...& under this situation ‘’let god save America’’ should be the slogan.
One of the greatest motive of mankind has always been ‘’ Wealth Creation’’ and the rational beings won’t be willing to lose any opportunity to achieve that. Even in this great economic standstill situation where the sources of revenues are dried up China saw a new lease of opportunity as the pandemic of chinese origin created horror in the entire globe , they took this opportunity and heavly exported huge quantity of a Covid test kits & medical equipments and generated revenue from it. Even in this grim situation they upheld the motive of ‘’ Wealth Creation”.. America Beware- your Economic Supremacy won't last long....
Now as individuals lets focus on our life after Covid , the lessons that we learned during this period will be Echoed through our future generation. Eventhough as the most advanced beings we believe we are somewhat Hygiene but We learned how to properly wash our hands during this pandemic ..thanks to covid .. & The
popular hallmark of Chinese products have been characterized by saying ‘’those products wont last long’’ & All we can do is to hope that this newly introduced chinese virus product will follow the same pattern.
